What we do
Four things, done properly, on every make of overhead crane we come across.
Repair
Hoists, bridges, trolleys, festoon, controls, brakes, wire rope, runway alignment. We troubleshoot on site, carry common wear parts on the truck, and tell you what it will cost before we start.
Installation
From a single jib in a maintenance bay to a full overhead bridge system with new runway steel. We handle the layout, the rigging, the electrical drop, and the load test, then hand you the paperwork.
Parts
We stock wear parts for the brands you already run and can cross-reference an obsolete part from a nameplate photo. Send us a picture of the tag and we will tell you what fits.
Inspections
Annual, quarterly and monthly inspections carried out to OSHA 1910.179 and ASME B30. You get a written report for every unit, a clear list of what needs attention, and a reminder before the next one is due.
